History of Tawang
Historically, Tawang was the part of Tibet that was founded by Merak Lama Lodre Gyatso in the year of 1681. Tawang was actually the part of Tibet and Tibet surrendered many hundred parts of its territory to British and Tawang was one of them. And Tawang continued to be the part of no state as British refused to take control of it. But in the year of 1941, the government of Assam took control over the forward policies and in the year of 1962, Tawang came under the possession of Indian administration but Chi8na has not fully succumbed its claim on Tawang.

- Nuranang Waterfalls: another gift of nature, Nuranang Waterfalls also exists in Tawang that is also the wonderful attraction of the whole Asia. Nuranang River forms the waterfalls and then plummets into Tawang River.
